1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AmzExtensions website (amzextensions.com) and browser extensions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AmzExtensions provides browser extensions (AmzSwitch, AmzZip, and others) designed to enhance the Amazon Seller Central experience. These tools operate locally in your browser and provide convenience features such as account switching and ZIP code management.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Extensions are available as monthly subscriptions or lifetime purchases.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
  • Lifetime purchases provide permanent access to the purchased extension version.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for new purchases. If you are not satisfied with an extension, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds after this period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our extensions.
  • Share, distribute, or resell your subscription access.
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription checks or licensing.
  • Use our extensions in a way that violates Amazon's Terms of Service.
  • Copy, clone, or create derivative works based on our extensions or their functionality.
  • Develop, publish, or distribute any product that replicates or substantially imitates the features, design, or user experience of our extensions.
  • Use knowledge gained from using our extensions to build a competing product or service.

7. Intellectual Property

All source code, algorithms, designs, user interfaces, concepts, documentation, and other materials comprising AmzExtensions are the exclusive property of Sellervate LLC ("AmzExtensions") and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

  • License: Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extensions solely for your personal or internal business use.
  • Trade secrets: The logic, architecture, and feature implementations of our extensions constitute confidential trade secrets. By accessing or using our extensions, you acknowledge and agree to respect their confidential nature.
  • No implied rights: Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest or grants any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license described above.

8. Proprietary Rights & Restrictions

You may not use our extensions, or any information obtained through their use, as a reference or basis for developing, publishing, or distributing any product or service that is substantially similar to or competitive with AmzExtensions.

  • Any derivative works created in violation of these Terms are automatically assigned to Sellervate LLC without further action or consideration.
  • Remedies: A breach of this section would cause irreparable harm not adequately compensable by monetary damages alone. In addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, AmzExtensions shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, monetary damages, and reasonable attorney's fees.
  • The obligations in this section survive any termination or expiration of your account or these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our extensions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

10. Limitation of Liability

AmzExtensions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
