1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AMZ Extensions website (amzextensions.com) and browser extensions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AMZ Extensions provides browser extensions (AmzSwitch, AmzZip, and others) designed to enhance the Amazon Seller Central experience. These tools operate locally in your browser and provide convenience features such as account switching and ZIP code management.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Extensions are available as monthly subscriptions or lifetime purchases.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
  • Lifetime purchases provide permanent access to the purchased extension version.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for new purchases. If you are not satisfied with an extension, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds after this period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our extensions.
  • Share, distribute, or resell your subscription access.
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription checks or licensing.
  • Use our extensions in a way that violates Amazon's Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs of AMZ Extensions are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the extensions for their intended purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our extensions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

9. Limitation of Liability

AMZ Extensions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
